Hello!

Yeah, I would like to increase the collection, but here in Canada the customer service is non-existent and it drives me crazy. I know it's because of being Luxottica, but... it's simply frustrating to deal with them for any simple matter.
 
Ok, I just got a pair of Square Wire with prescription lenses. I took the Tailhook to Lenscrafters to get RX lenses but Luxottica turned me down and when I went to pick it up, I found them scratched. They couldn't replace the lenses and offered to replace the Tailhook with another pair of glasses. I got through the glasses they had there and chose the Square Wire. I did wear the glasses today and I do not feel comfortable for 2 reasons: they are sitting on my cheeks and very close to my eyes (I can touch the lenses with my eyelashes).
