Help Identify Sunglasses for Lense Replacement

Hello,

I am trying to find the right lenses for my sunglasses and cannot remember the model I purchased. They were around $300 5-6 years ago and are polarized. Many thanks in advance for any help.

They look like the whiskers but correct me if im wrong. The model name or sku# should be on either sides of the arm unless they rubbed off.
