Help identifying some X Metals

Hi there, need a little help identifying these X Metals. I cannot seem to find much on them. They are stamped 102999 on the inside of the nose bridge. Also not sure if it is missing nose rubbers or if it’s supposed to look the way that it does. Thank you everyone!

As Tinnan said, it’s a Romeo 1. And yes, you’re missing nose rubbers.
