Help, Info on Oakley Bag I have had for many years

if that thing is genuine, it's got the hallmarks of Oakley Women's range circa 2001, probably a hand bag/day bag/tote bag. I've a wallet with the same design language and metal accents

The compass-point bottlecap rivets certainly seem to match the wallet, but the black bag's styling doesn't look to me as if it belongs in a women's collection. The badge-shaped brown leather cutout around the large compass-point logo on the black bag makes me wonder whether that bag is supposed to have a Western Frontier flavor. I know Oakley SI has produced Western-themed products occasionally, but I don't recall seeing any from "civilian" Oakley. Maybe searching for circa-2001 bags will produce an answer ...

those metal mounting clips thingy that secure the straps are used in all Oakley Women's bags up to around 2005
