Help Modding Juliets!!

I am trying to mod my first pair of Juliets that I bought back in 2004. I have some Gold lenses coming in and I would like to anodize the frames green. What is best way to prepare for the anodizing process? I have a dremel with polishing attachments.

Polishing would give you a better color and green is a hard to reach color in ano...

that is close to the green I am looking at doing. I have my DC power supply coming in. As far as polishing, is the plasma on the Juliet frames a coating that has to come off, or is it just the texture Oakley did on the titanium where it wasn't sanded and polished?
