i think the article does not address the issue- when the spacing proportions of the CE logo is not correct, it is not a valid mark. the article is addressing falsified use of the correct mark.
anyway, just one thing to consider. i dont see whay any plastic sunglass wouldnt pass actual CE- so many inferior brands do so anyway
