How Do Asian Fit Holbrook Fit As Compared To Regular Ones?

Anyone has tried both?
I'm not asian, and no noose bridge problem, but i have a smaller face...will the asian fit holbrooks fit better?
Are the lenses the same?
Is the total width the same?

My understanding is that the width and dimensions in general are the same, aside from the nose fitting which is narrower on the asian fit.

So on me, the glasses would sit on my nose, rather than sliding either side of it (making the glasses sit higher on my head).
