My XS are like that too. Not that bad but not flat either.

the probations i had were a lil bit uneven too. nothing like this one, but still. im glad i dont have em no more

It conforms to the wearers face, so I'm guessing they may have been used/worn a few times? My Juliet's started straight, but since my left ear is a tiny bit higher I guess, all of my glasses are tilted a tiny bit.

My Carbon XS was a little uneven too...not quite that bad though.

My XS Carbon Black lay perfect. =\ I just had to check after seeing this. Must just vary from glasses to glasses. First I seen this though.
