How Rare is the Zero 0.7? Approximate value?

Long story short, my friend was moving out of country and condensing everything he owned and I ended up with a pair of what I think are to be Zero 0.7's. Can anyone confirm? They are in nearly mint condition, and during my research It appears that these are some what hard to find and obviously out of production.

If i put these up for grabs, what is their potential value? I don't want to be wearing around a pair of extremely rare oaks!

I bought these used and am loving them . However I would like to put in some prescription lenses. Any idea if we can swap the lenses and change them and how to do it ? . Thanks . Best regards - Mario
