How to bend the branches of oakley ete jacket NEW (the 2nd gen indeed)

Hello,
I don't know exactly what the frame of eye jackets gen 2 are made.
I would like to bend the branches as it's too tight up the ears. i can't wear them more than 10 minutes...
Any idea?

slowly warm them up and slowly stretch them out a tiny bit at a time until you get to the desired fit.
