How to fix this ?

This is a job for a very experienced Customizer like @zwc0442.
I understand that , but whitout send the part what can I do ? Here in my city like

I understand, but without having to send what can I do? go to a watchmaker, or just have it painted? I really wanted to fix

X metal finish isn't painted. To fix it correctly the pins need to be pressed out. Straighten out the damage as best as can be done. Smooth out the rest that can't be straightened then refinish the nose and install new nose pins. If you take it to someone who doesn't know how to work on these you'll probably end up with an even more damaged nose bridge.
