I put my Juliets on goggle style. While holding the glasses near the t-shox I put the earstems behind the ears first then lower the fronts down over my face. I take them off the reverse of putting them on. My flex coupler is still as tight as the day I bought them over 3 months ago and it helps that I'm the only one that wears them. My wife won't even touch them.

Also what does hair have to do with the lenses? Unless you are using paper-mache paste to style your hair or you have a mop of steel wool up top hair shouldn't do a thing as long as you clean the glasses afterwords.

Hey try it the other way. It's the way I put on my Juliet's. Put the nose bridge on the slide the earstems from top of you head to your ears. The arms don't even stretch out that way.
