Hydrophobic treatment on iPhone?

Since we are on the hydrophobic topic; anyone know the which solvents they used? I have 2 new old stock split jackets that came with a small hydrophobic pen, but both are dried out (small amount of powder left). I have full access to a lab and most organic solvents so mixing up something should be quick and easy.

No problem. Send your phone to one of us. Not me cause I'll just smash it. I'm sure someone else won't have a problem putting it in a toilet and pissing on it to see if it still works.
