I was looking through his sold items and he sold another Xmetal/Ruby Penny, #1517, but in the pics he uses the same box as in this posting.
Looking through all the pics in both his sold listing for Xmetal/Ruby Penny, the pics are different but the frames have the same marks, looks to be the same frame in both adds.

Tough to tell whether they are the same pics. He might have just reused some shots without identifying marks (i.e serials) figuring they were the same, then focused on the important stuff. But it is something to look out for.
