I bought these Romeo 2 polished, I’d like to buy new lenses, new rubber set “root beer” and if it’s possible polish them, what do you guys recommend?

Otherwise, MOTHERS chrome polish and a metal polishing cloth. Forget dremel because unless you have the stealthy hand control of a tattoo artist it's not worth it.
