Lexkempo could be right... I have alum displays and panels with portholes, none have that funnel sticking out

That was a custom done by a shop in DC years ago for a friend of mine. There was a second in the making but they went out of business. Not Oakley nor any affiliation.

It was made by FabCon, the company that made the majority of Oakley’s older metal displays in the US. It was never used officially as a regular display in stores. It was more of a concept thing. They still have a picture of it on their site under “Counter Top Display”.
