That is true but they can use it deceptively to jack up the price unlike rubbers or these bob heads

Other than the Time Bomb 2 red rubbers and LS yellow. I have seen a set go for over $250 OEM. I wasn't so happy about the knock offs, or the MM leather knock offs.
Linegear is not trying to fake Oakley. This guy is purposely forging labels with the intent to match box with sunnies, far worse than a bob head.

Linegear and other aftermarket items are easily distinguishable from oem - these are out to fool people into buying something it isn't. Advertising that he can add a kserial by request is fraudulant.

I don’t think Linegear lenses are easily distinguishable Mark. Plenty sell their frame on saying they are Oakley lenses. It depends on your experience. Most people have no idea what the difference is. I don’t think it is fraud at all. He is just giving you the exact label you need to make the X-Metals you have match a box, how is that fraud?
