I don’t think Linegear lenses are easily distinguishable Mark. Plenty sell their frame on saying they are Oakley lenses. It depends on your experience. Most people have no idea what the difference is. I don’t think it is fraud at all. He is just giving you the exact label you need to make the X-Metals you have match a box, how is that fraud?

What he’s doing isn’t fraud as long as he’s up front that they’re reproductions. The problem arises when the buyer uses them to fraudulently sell that label on a box as OEM.

Not sure the legality is by him doing this, but I am well aware of the moral issue here.

He knows what his customers will do with the labels and so does everyone else.

The only thing this can create is fraudulent complete pairs to sell at top dollar

Ebay, with a huge amount of effort banned the shill bidder, but he is back doing the same thing again. If Ebay banned this label dudes sales he must have been doing something fraudulent. Ebay doesn't give a crap, but obviously they did here, as he is gone.
