How bad it it? Can't really tell from the pic. If you were to grab the piece and twist would it break off? Titanium can be welded but it's not cheap. Might be cheaper to look for another left orbital piece.

Hey, I PM'd you about the size of the brass punch you used to punch out the rivet. What size is the punch and how hard was it to punch out?

Titanium can be welded, ive welded titanium pipe before, but x metal is an alloy, there r more metals in it besides titanium
