ID'ing these Juliet Lens

I've been talking to someone about a juliet however he is saying its a titanium lens and it just looks like ice iridium to me. I have a set of titanium in some half jackets which are nice, but they have a golden tint to them and these have a black base to them so that is why I'm thinking ice. Can anyone help me from these pics? Also looks like the left ear sock is loose as the made in the USA is rotated around so that concerns me a bit on these. Any idea of a value of them as is?

Hard to tell, either Ice Polar (most likely based on hue) or Ice in low lighting, etching ? should answer that - is there any?? The Blue would likely be lighter so... Hopefully you got a good deal with some decent OEM lenses regardless (aftermarket could be another option, in which case the color would not matter - they are all 'junk colored'.)
