I wasn't quite sure if the intended meaning of my advice was clear. I fear it was not. Let me further explain.........

I was thinking about all the people who join the forum and for one reason or another, never post. Maybe they are shy, maybe they are overwhelmed, maybe they don't feel they have anything to contribute.........My advice was an attempt to nudge those members to join in and be part of this community.
