Import and export taxes from Australia to USA/EUROPE/CANADA?

The Buyer has to pay.
So for example:
Oakley 80.-
Shipping 20,-
-------------------
total 100,-

I will have to go to my local Customs Office and Pay 19,- on site to get the package.

So you have to pay that to send? Or you pay that if I declared the value and sent to you?
The buyer must prove the value .
Using an invoice inside the package or PayPal transaction.
You can't just put a BS Fantasy Price on the Package.
Also if you declare the content as a gift at 0,- cost customs will determine the value.

That's very strict. They will do anything to get their tax dollars

I know for me to buy anything from Australia i pay an import tax (21%) and from what I’ve been told the they can & do check internet sites/eBay for valuations ..... so your cheap beater frame could end having an import tax based on the cost of a new pair.

Well yes you could do two PayPal payments.
For example.
I buy, lets say, all your X-Metal for 5000,-
I would do two PayPal Payments.
One for 3000,- and one for 2000,-
With the 2000,- prove of payment I would go and pay the Customs duty.

Disclaimer: Follow all local, state, and federal laws.

There can be some ways that can help, but not eliminate the import fees.

You can list items as broken, damaged, for repair, for return, for re-assembly, for a lower price. Proving a visual check confirms the state (remove an arm from the glasses, have extra pieces in the box, etc).

There are also difference classifications of the goods that is billed in different ways. Consumer goods, raw metals, assembly materials.

If your serious, it will take some time and energy with a importer/exporter type who knows this stuff, but it can be done...
