I think I saw someone mention a SI Retail M Frame but with the ballistic clip. I believe those were issued to Soldiers going to Iraq during the mid 2000s (maybe 2006-2008 time frame) because some of our guys were issued those. They're basically the 1999 M Frames but with the M Frame 2.0 clip in the center/brow area. That was followed by M Frame 2.0, then eventually M Frame 3.0, and now the Alpha. I haven't seen these offered in retail stores, but some retail stores and online stores do carry the SI line of normal Oakleys (non-Z87 certified). Basically matte black frame with grey lenses or something similar.
