It's the fact you customized a product with infinite hero logo..when everyone else resells OAKLEY Infinite hero glasses the proceeds from the original sale went to the foundation already.

These were made by pure grips. When she purchased them part of the proceeds did go to the foundation. So she can do whatever she chooses to do with them.
