as you can see the Box Label is just like a piece of bond paper cut...
but it includes the Coin... has a Serial Number in it and i am wondering it comes with Red Rubbers???

It sure looks real. But to be safe ask for more pictures then show us. If seller refuses, then no go.

Definitely ask for more pictures, different angles, if there is a serial number on the ear stem.

I could say legit (based on the pic), probably the box is meant for other penny model and he cover it, normally if penny comes with serial, the box also will have the same matching serial with bar code sticker etc.
