Those are a pair of original whiskers. It should say “whisker” on the inside of the right arm (very tiny). If it’s not there, it could have rubbed off

As far as lenses, aftermarket would be the easiest to find. Sometimes whisker lenses pop up for sale on eBay and are around $100 a set or more.

Check out linegear, revant and fuse. There are others too

Oem earsocks you can find for around $30-50 a set but there are aftermarket options available as well.
