Jawbone / Racing Jacket USA Vs CE ?

Is there really difference in frame quality between the 'made in USA' frames on jawbone / racing jacket versus the CE frame?
Ive been wearing a made in usa jawbone all winter and recently took out a pair of racing jackets "ce" marking.
Given i like this frame shape, should i stockup on the 'USA" model ?
