All the skull items are typically reserved for Oakley's Golf line in Japan. That "wallet" is actually a case for miscellaneous items like tees, markers, scorecard, pen/pencils, maybe even a range finder if it fits, and anything else you use on the course. The big carabiner is used to clip on your golf bag or even on your belt loop. Basically for those who don't like to keep items in your pocket while you golf.
