They are the same ones that popped up on the bay. I have been searching for them for a while, so I got very lucky that the person selling them up in Seattle, was someone whom I have dealt with in the past. I was able to speak with him regarding how he obtained them, and confirmed that they were legit. He put them up on ebay for 1K thinking thats what he could get for them right away. I thought this was ridiculous, so I waited and ended up getting a pretty good deal on them. I know a former sports marketing guy (perk of living a few miles from Oakley HQ), who confirmed that those were the real deal made in very small numbers, and for only Ichiro himself. They were slated for general release but never made it.

I have a ton of cool stuff in my collection, but these guys are one of my favorites.
