I took my Juliets to a local jeweler, who was able to drill into the head of the screw and get it out.

Wow $10? That's cheap AF for the effort and carefulness that goes in to it lol. I drill 'em out w/ the proper bit. Just gotta get down far enough so that the head pulls off the shaft then you can extract the shaft.
