I think it's fair because in order to get a tio2 they had to disassemble 2 juliets (xm and plasma) and mix them up together and threw out the rest

I suggest you list it on eBay if you want to get the most for it. You don't test the water here, because most buyers here want retail (price back in the early 2000's), or at most market value based on OF standards. Great colorway nonetheless, one of my favorites.
