Juliet "Titanium" Iridium Lens?

Hey all, today a snatched up a pair of new Titanium Iridium Juliet lens (not the clear), but I have never seen this before. When I go onto the O-Review site, it says they were certainly made as replacements but I am not aware of any Juliets which ever carried these?

The SKU is 16-837.

Has anyone seen these before or are aware of their existence?

I have a few pair with Titanium lenses installed and a few in boxs for back up. Its a nice lens and the "Titanium" etching is cool. Congrats, they are hard to get now.
