So I finally got this baby 3+ months shipping and it finally arrived. 100% mint but the dam serial is faded as **** .

The other set I got a month ago and it is the ealier released version hand written serial with a 3 part match (inner and outer box). The serial number is as bright as day but Unfortunately the finish has a lot of tarnished mostly underneathed . I am still debating if I want to get it touched up or leave it all OEM with battle scars.

Super nice! So the first gen T-serial had a surface finish? I have a gen A and that’s just bare Ti, no coating.

Also, the earstems seem to have a slightly different color than the orbitals? (might be the lighting)

It’s certainly different than the 2nd gen. Probably closer to 1st gen plasma.

that’s probably tarnish on the ear stem. One of them I spent for ever trying to clean up after it sat in the foam for 10 + years from the previous owner.

I need to break these out. I don’t think I have since these photos
