Just found these in a box at home, what are they?

I just found these in a box at home, I remember buying them and then shuttering them as I had lost a nose piece. I the serial number on the side is PB, which I found to be Polished Black Penny, however, it appears I tried to buy a nose kit and they didn't fit. I would like to get them up and running again, any help would be appreciated! Make, Model, approx year? Where is the best place to order nose, sock, and lenses?

Linegear is a good way to go. You can always have lenses cut too. Best of luck!
