Killswitch...dead?

Just to be certain, maybe look at the manual and see if there is a combination of buttons that will start and stop the movement. I picked up a new mm and was told the battery was dead. I looked through the manual and found hitting the start/stop button in combination started the watch movement. Sorry to be vague, but at work and can't remember exactly what it took. Hope it helps.
Already called O so they sent me the stuff I need to fill out... then they started with the oh you had someone else change the battery well that's not an Oakley battery blah blah blah could void warranty blah blah blah im like Oakley doesn't make batteries.

So we'll see what they say or do for me. I would try the button combo thing but Killswitch only has a pull out crown.
