Does anybody know what a Laser Toric Lense is for M Frames? Its really been bugging me, theres no information out there on them!

It's a military-specific lens made to disperse laser light. A lot of weapons are mounted with infrared and visible lasers that are outside of "safe" levels. I believe it was developed on request from the Army, not really sold outside of the SI program.
It's not a sunglasses lens, or even a ballistic clear lens. Unless you have a job that exposes your eyes to high-output lasers you don't need it. Unless you're trying to get every lens "tint" Oakley has made.Romeo Van Frogskinstein

I have this lens with the following item:
SI Ballistic M Frame 2.0 (Array) - Grey - with 3 strike lenses; clear, grey, and the laser lens. 11-145. Came with large grey elite special forces box. Also laser lens will not 'fog up'. It is an absolutely awesome lens, if it is seen available I would suggest capturing it as they are seldom seen.

Toric just means the radii of the axes of curvature are different. All M frame lenses are toric.
