Latch Key M or L

Hi, can someone give me some advice on whether the Latch Key M or Large would be my best option to buy. I have several pairs of Frogskins which fit width and depth of lens, Flak Beta fit me latch square regular fit all of which I own. Any advice would be gratefully recieved. Thank you

The L is closer in size to the original Latch. The M is supposed to be smaller than the original. The square is also smaller than the original.
(I’ve only seen and tried the L on)

I would probably say try these on.
