I didn't really care about getting in. As I reflect, what I didn't like is the "why are you bothering me" attitude of the staff. If you don't want to provide the service then don't provide it. Not just me, checked other blogs and saw the same comments. Lesson learned, not going back, no big deal. Thought the point was to share info.
