Lens choice

Looking for some input/information.
So my brother in law has a rare vision problem that causes a lot of glare from light sources. I got him some Sutros for outside and he is okay. Here is his problem, when he is inside, the lights and tv is causing glaring problems and eye pain. He asked me if there was a lens he could wear for indoor use?
Any ideas on this?

Would prizm low light work? Prizm gaming comes to mind too, but not sure if they would address his specific issue?
