Lense swap

How hard is it to swap the lenses in my Inmates? They're starting to look like the edges are peeling. I've heard horror stories about swapping them. Anybody done it that can give me some tips and tricks?

Not as hard as getting through medical school, but close.

I was told by Oakley that you had to send them in when you bought new lenses. They'd do it for me. That was a few years ago though. Idk if they have lenses now.
