Technically if your righty; the watch should be freed up from your dominant hand. Most watches are designed for the left hand, so you can adjust the time on the fly.

Unfortunately, I’m lefty and I hate having to take the watch off to adjust. I just leave it as is.

Because your ****ty watch needs to constantly be adjusted. It can’t hold time. Therefore a watch to be worn on the dominant hand of the majority of people is a watch that has been expertly crafted.
