Here's a post that shows the coin without the 5 values. Seller says they were given out at managers conference

Maybe that batch that does have the 5 values stamped on it was given out at some other event or to employees directly?

Another listing for one without the 5 values that says its from the retail managers meeting. Seems yours might be more rare version!
