Mine has a half moon rounded insert in it. Not sure shades would fit in it unless they were wires.

Don't shoot the mesenger..........think I've put New Eye-Jackets and a pair of Monster Dogs (individualy) in them. Due to the interior being a micro-clear type, it's OK to put your glasses in but be cauotious. Have just tried a pair MD's again: they do fit.....a little tight..but they do fit. Also, the material is more akin to the RX cases, so would only risk using lesser pairs.

OR has it listed as an AP Eyewear Case as well but with a different SKU. I stand corrected.
