LONDON Vs USA FUEL CELL

I've got a gift card that will cover one of the two fuel cells that I know I want. Either London or Team USA. I don't want to get one and then see it on the vault in the next month! Even beyond that, I'm just stuck. Anybody got a feeling one way or the other? Help me decide!

Buy both as they'll only cost you 50% of the normal retail price. Otherwise I think the Scalpel is a better frame
