New here so I hope I am not breaking any rules by this being my first post.
Just bought and received the Carbon Blade with RX lenses ( this is more of a frame issue , that is why I didn't post to the RX sub) . Mine has the issue where the connection from the hinge to the frame is loose and noticeably wiggles. I have bought several pairs of Oakleys but this is the first issue I have had.
Customer service has not been very helpful and keep pushing the "Redo" option but I do not have much faith in them so was hoping to find a different solution.
Now I understand this is a rather common issue with the CB frames but has anyone found a fix or a "workaround" to tighten the hinge? Looking at it I am not even sure how the screws were tightened in the first place (no slots or head for a driver..See Pics).
Just seeing if anybody has a fix or other options to get it fixed, I really don't want to have to send them back and a refund is not an option for RX apparently.
