Free Oakley from Lux!
You would need VERY deep pockets to litigate Lux; they have more lawyers than there are holes up in the sky...
Why do people still do business with these dipwads?

I'm not sure if these lost watches are confirmed...OP hasn't been on fro over a week. You would need VERY deep pockets to litigate Lux; they have more lawyers than there are holes up in the sky...

Question is still valid.I'm not sure if these lost watches are confirmed...OP hasn't been on fro over a week.
Yeah, I do hear of a lot of mistakes. But, I do know of numerous people that still have very good experiences with their customer service. IT seems to be a flip of the coin as to which call center you get and how your issues get resolved...that's a shame.Question is still valid.
There aren’t any watches available from any US locations any longer, I wish there were. This is the only place I would trust if you want anything Oakley. LUX doesn’t want anything to do with watches anymore. Unfortunately customer service isn’t a priority any longer so no I don’t have any idea how to convince them, sorry. At one stage I was contemplating sending my Gearbox Auto from Australia to Lux U.S.A. to have a Titanium band fitted, but didn't want to risk losing it, it's worth more to me than what the insurance would pay. After reading this story, I'm glad I didn't.
StefanX9, Lux won't post me a Titanium band to have it fitted locally, any idea how I can convince them to send me one ? Are there any Titanium Gearbox watches still available direct from Oakley or their stores ? I figure changing out the band on a Titanium Gearbox is an option.
