Both 2.0 and 3.0 can fit the gasket kit and it will give more coverage and seal your eyes off. If you need a heater lens the gasket should still work. But it looks best with the strikes

What's the difference between the 2.0 and 3.0?

3.0 are thinner ear stems, great for wearing muffs or head sets.
