Arrange together in order to see NP size different

* If the number should represent the size, ie 5 for big while 1 for small, there is serious mistake on these pair at the QC. Strangely, the R4 is bigger in size than the R5.

Sorry if not easy to see size different of the NP. Taking picture of them is not easy.

@Linegear Japan Cool! So it would appear that the L6/R5 combination is what is sold in the US as the standard fit (what I have). I'm interested in getting, I guess, the L5/R2 combination which is marketed as the Asian Fit version. Is that correct?

So, any idea how do get the nose pieces? Do you know if the Straighlink nose pads are a direct replacement? I've seen, on eBay a number of sellers with nose pieces for the Straighlink/Crosslink/Badman.

Last question, the Madman takes the hard bottom nose pad, not the soft bottom, correct?

Thanks!

I think my above picture just to show that the number on the nose pad are not consistent; I can't say that they are the general combination. More input from other seasoned X-Metal experts would be helpful! I notice that the nose pad on the Madman are bigger and higher compared to the ones on the Badman.

And if you read back to to previous post you would find a link to seller from S. Korea selling the Asian Fit nose pad.

And from my experience of pulling them out and put back in, the nose pad for Madman and Badman are interchangeable = same making!

Other people already discussed the straightlink np, see here : Straightlink nosepiece compatible with ? e.g. Badman/Madman

I've recently confirmed there are standard fit and Asian fit nose pads that fit on many frames.

Pit Boss ii / af
Valve/ af
Madman/ af
Crosslink / af
Straightlink / af
Drop point
Turbine/ rotors
Badman / af
Fives squared/ af
And many more all share the same pads.

I'm getting a few more in stock from Luxottica Italy to help distribute in the USA if anyone needs them.
