Linegear rings are good to go.they won't spread under tension.I like the x-metal finished ones because the originals were finished that way.

To be fair though, it really wasn't a cost issue, as much as a "pain in the a$$ to get off without breaking, or scratching the finish on my $1000 pair of collectors grail sunglasses" issue, but I agree 100%

Zach's clips are the best bar none.

For changing lenses I do it probably to often but it is what it is. I'll post a video on YouTube on removal and replacement of them at some point today. Then post the link here. Now that I've said that let's see if I remember lol.
