That is a red hot negative. Medusa lenses are bigger. Not sure on the curvature differences though.

Here is one that sold that had a third party aftermarket lens. There are at least a couple on the O Review that have different aftermarket colors as well.

They're the same curve at 8.75, but medusa are quite a bit larger

I did see on youtube that exovista did replacement lenses for the medusa, however this was uploaded back in 2009. I have sent an email request to see if these could be ordered either through old stock or a custom order. Will update if I get a response from the sales dept. also will try to get any information on how or if these lenses are to be replaced as I have never seen any information on this.

Would be nice to know if there are any Oakley's that could be used as a donor.

I don't know that anything else would be big enough, let along match the base curve.

And to update this thread... STILL waiting on pics/info from the seller. The wait is driving me crazy, but I need to tread carefully if I hope to get a decent deal.

Was able to get a reply from EXOVISTA on if they still carry replacement lenses for the Medusa. Their response was simply "No, Sorry."
